Stoke gym

We have just fitted the ceiling in a large gymnasium in Stoke-on-Trent.

When I first went to see the owner, he said he was losing clients due to the intense cold in the winter and him being unable to afford to heat the area. The gym was full of equipment, but this proved no obstacle to installing the ceiling as we have special equipment which means we don’t need scaffolding. We fitted a new suspended ceiling with foil-backed tiles for heat retention and 200 mm insulation on top. The difference is astounding. We also fitted 16 mm triple-layer polycarbonate light transmitting tiles. As you can see from the pictures, they let daylight into the gym but also will stop the heat from leaving the area. The work was completed ahead of schedule and we have one very happy client.
