We were contacted by someone who had bought a residential property in Manchester with the plan to rent it out after renovations. As part of the renovations they wanted a new suspended ceiling in the kitchen area.
The customer was looking for an inexpensive way to “tidy up“ the ceiling an give it a more finished , clean look in the kitchen area.
Our fitters advised that rather than using a suspended ceiling they may benefit from Plastivan Ceiling Cladding Planks in White with wood grain effect.
They also installed new LED spotlights which use less electricity while giving off more light and will save money on the electricity bill.
The customers are very happy with the final result and are proceeding with the rest of the renovations.
